Registration Fee:
"Hawk Walk, First Steps to Recovery" is $20.00 per person without t-shirt, and $30.00 per person with t-shirt. This is payable at the registration table the morning of the event at 9:00am, or through Paypal after you have pressed submit below.

We encourage EVERYONE to get several sponsors at $15.00 per sponsor to maximize your contribution to this event. The 24 Group needs your support!

I have read the accompanying event information and understand the policies of the event. I know that participating in a road event is a potentially hazardous activity. I assume all risks associated with my voluntary participation in this event, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants or persons, the effects of weather, traffic and all conditions of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself, and my heirs, WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE The 24 Group, Inc., it’s board members, the City of Carmel, volunteers for the event, and all sponsors, covenant not to sue them or their representatives for ANY AND ALL claims or liability, whether forseen or unforeseen, for death, personal injury or property damage arising out of, or in the course of my participation in this event.
